As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in connecting customers with the right Honda vehicle by following up on leads, handling showroom inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales journey. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Follow-up & Customer Engagement:
    Proactively contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email based on leads received from digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and showroom campaigns.
  • Sales Conversion:
    Build rapport with customers, understand their requirements, and provide the best Honda model options to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Customer Database Management:
    Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all communications and follow-ups are properly logged and tracked.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Stay updated on all Honda models, specifications, features, and promotions to confidently present vehicle options and address customer queries.
  • Showroom & Field Sales:
    Attend to showroom walk-in customers and conduct outside prospecting visits when required to generate additional sales opportunities.
  • Customer Experience:
    Deliver a professional and courteous experience throughout the customer journey — from first contact to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.
  • Coordination:
    Work closely with the Sales Manager ensure smooth processing of vehicle sales, documentation, and timely delivery.
  • Target Achievement:
    Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets as assigned by the management.
  • Market Awareness:
    Stay informed about competitor offerings, promotions, and market trends to help position Honda models effectively.
  • Post-Sales Relationship:
    Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business, referrals, and customer satisfaction feedback.
  • Upsell additional services and products as necessary.

Requirements:

  • No experience required.
  • On the Job training provided.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Be able to speak to our Valued and potential Customers over the phone and in person.
  • Interested in learning about cars and related products.
  • Basic knowledge in using computer systems and dealership management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
