Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Mechanical Service Advisor to join our team at Honda Quaideen. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a main car dealership and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our customers. You will act as a liaison between our customers and our service department, providing clear communication, managing repair orders, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
- Accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.
- Provide customers with estimates of service costs and timelines.
- Communicate customer concerns to the mechanical team and ensure all necessary repairs are completed.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repairs.
- Conduct post-service final checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services and products as necessary.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Service Advisor in a main car dealership, preferably with Honda or other well-known automotive brands.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- Basic knowledge in using computer systems and dealership management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
