Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accident Repair Service Advisor to join our team at Honda Quaideen. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working for a main car dealership and will be responsible for managing the accident repair process, from initial customer contact to vehicle delivery. You will ensure that customers receive a seamless, efficient, and transparent experience, coordinating between customers, insurance companies, and the body shop team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing accident repair services.
  • Inspect damaged vehicles and create accurate repair estimates.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to process claims and approvals.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates to customers regarding the repair status of their vehicle.
  • Coordinate with the body shop and parts department to ensure efficient repair workflow.
  • Ensure all repair work is completed on time and to high-quality standards.
  • Prepare final invoices and review them with customers before vehicle delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs, estimates, and communications.
  • Upsell additional services or repairs as needed to enhance vehicle safety and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Service Advisor in a main car dealership, with experience in accident or body shop repairs.
  • Strong knowledge of accident repair processes, insurance claim handling, and vehicle bodywork.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic Knowledge in working with computer systems, including dealership management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
